  1. Stand up straight with feet together and arms raised sideways to shoulder level (180˚ Lateral Shoulder Abduction)
  2. Perform skips to your right side while swinging arms across the chest
  3. Alternate arms across the chest over and under during swings
  4. Perform skips to your left side with arm swings
