Wrist Extensor Stretch

The Wrist Extensor stretch is a static stretching exercise, which focuses on improving flexibility of wrist extensor musculature, reducing the risk for injury, and aids in the muscle recovery process. Description
  1. Flex shoulder to 90˚, extend the elbow, externally rotate the arm, and flex the wrist; fingers point inward
  2. Grab knuckles with the other hand and pull towards the chest
